Lisa Bell, Author

Through her freelance writing and speaking, Lisa encourages, challenges and teaches women to overcome demands of busy schedules, feelings of mediocrity, and many other issues they face today.


A published author of fiction and non-fiction books, Lisa Bell worked as a community editor for the NOW Magazines LLC (BurlesonNOW and WeatherfordNOW) from October 2015 until January 2023, credited with hundreds of articles. Lisa enjoys working with writers to encourage and help improve skills and offers expertise for independent publishing. A leader of two writing groups (www.texasradicalwriters.com), she also speaks or teaches whenever the opportunity arises. She holds a BS in business management from University of Phoenix, is a CLASS alumni, and an Editorial Freelance Association member. Single mother and grandmother, she lives southwest of Fort Worth, Texas.
